This is one of the scenes that's on every travel poster and brochure promoting Switzerland. It's easy to see why. This is the oldest wooden bridge in Europe At least that's what our coach driver tells us. He is originally from Australia, but has been married to a Swiss woman and has lived in Lucerne for more than 30 years.
